Industrial degreasing and phosphate-coating

During production the materials to be machined undergo several machining steps, where the materials are contaminated due to abrasion or additives. However, in consecutive work processes or at dispatch these contaminants are annoying and must be removed.

Area of application:

Aqueous degreasers are used in spray degreasing, dip or immersion degreasing, ultrasonic degreasing and manual application. Matching the respective cleaner takes place after selecting the materials to be machined, such as steel, aluminium, plastic (synthetics), brass, etc. (or according to the pH value of the ready-to-use solution (acidic, neutral, alkaline). 

Selected raw materials thus effectuate optimal cleaning for the application in question, in combination with very cost-efficient concentrations.  Contaminants such as oil, grease, cutting fluids, but also rust, dust or oxide scale are effectively removed from the contaminated surfaces.
